Bagelme is the number 1 producer and distributor of bagels in Portugal. The company runs a production lab and 2 owned restaurants with it's own brand Raffi's Bagels. Bagelme has become over the last years the reference for bagels in Portugal and wholesales its products to over 100 professional clients in the country. The Raffi's Bagels restaurants are run in a franchise mode , using daily operating controls, check lists, training processes and regular evaluations .

I was charged by the Mob-ion company, a French producer of electric scooters and batteries, to set up a distribution filial in Portugal. Creation of the entity, of the business model, evaluation of the market, definition of the business plan, the customer target and the price proposition. Preparation of the financing dossier and obtention of financial support from BPI France. Prospection and choice of workshop and office space in a Lisbon innovative cowork. Registration of the 1st scooters. I was meant to take the responsibility of the entity at the start of 2020 in order to test an innovative business model (free floating for professionals) and replicate it in other European cities, starting with Paris. The pandemy which burst in March 2020 in Portugal put the project in standby.

Payabi is a cloud base digital application that changes the way companies manage payables, eliminating paper and reducing administrative cost . Within the founding team , I was in charge of the commercial development of the company and of seeking the 1st round of fundings.Payabi , French-Portuguese start up, was selected by Business France to participate to the 2016 Web Summit on the French Tech Pavilion.

In a tense economical context (Portugal is suffering its worth crisis in 20 years), my mission was to develop the efficiency and profitability of Fiat owned dealers in Portugal in sales , service and parts (TO: 40M€, 3 sites, 100 employees) and to provide through our customer service a delightful and unique experience .

My job was to support the development of Fiat owned dealers in Europe (50 dealers detained at 100% by Fiat in 7 european countries) to achieve higher sales performance, better commercial efficiency, and improved economical results. I worked from Turin in close contact with the managing directors on the markets and their team.

In this position, I was in charge of the relaunch of Fiat brands distribution (Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Abarth and commercial vehicles) in 9 countries in Europe: France, UK, Poland, Greece, Belgium, Ireland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. this meant finding new partners to become dealers for our brand or change some of the current dealers not performing to the required standards. In 3 years, 500 new dealers were appointed (30% renewal of the network). I also got involved in major owned dealer acquisitions in strategic cities (€3 million+ investments), of which Fiat Group's image point on the Champs Elysees which opened in July 2010.

Part of the network development organiszation in HQ, I was involved in the reorganisation of Renault network in Switzerland. The network was succesfuly restructured from 30 to 14 dealers in 1 year. I also took part in the reshape of the subdealer network at Europan level (12000 subdealers), proposing strategic orientations and pilot applications in 4 countries.
