The Raffi's Bagels restaurants are run in a franchise mode , using daily operating controls, check lists, training processes and regular evaluations .

    I was charged by the Mob-ion company, a French producer of electric scooters and batteries, to set up a distribution filial in Portugal. Creation of the entity, of the business model, evaluation of the market, definition of the business plan, the customer target and the price proposition. Preparation of the financing dossier and obtention of financial support from BPI France. Prospection and choice of workshop and office space in a Lisbon innovative cowork. Registration of the 1st scooters. I was meant to take the responsibility of the entity at the start of 2020 in order to test an innovative business model (free floating for professionals) and replicate it in other European cities, starting with Paris. The pandemy which burst in March 2020 in Portugal put the project in standby.

I also got involved in major owned dealer acquisitions in strategic cities (€3 million+ investments), of which Fiat Group's image point on the Champs Elysees which opened in July 2010.
