The Research was about finding out economic impact of mobile phones and internet digital technologies on household income & poverty reduction in Tanzania so the job entailed collection of data electronically from 130 households within 5 districts in Ruvuma region so the task required accuracy and precision through the use of gprs to find the prescribed location of the selected household.By the end of the project I managed to collect data from 130 households which were from Nyasa district in Liparamba ,Songea rural in Litisha, Namtumbo district in Namabengo, Tunduru district in Namchoteka & Nampungu and finally Mbinga district in Aman makolo and Mkako wards

The position was aimed at providing assistance & support with day to day operation of HR function and duties. The job required handling of variety of personnel related administrative duties of 500 employee ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries also acting as a liaison between managers and employees.After a month of familiarizing with the company was able to work autonomously alongside the head HR and other staff members in controlling recruitment and selection logistics, advising and supervising disciplinary process to ensure companies labour procedures are observed, managing employees leave and permissions, assessing and evaluating field training for new recruits, evaluating weekly reports from head supervisors regarding the performance of their respective subordinates and their work stations.

The Mzumbe Graduate Sales Bootcamp is a sales graduates training programme run by the international sales coach Enzo Graziano. The bootcamp is aimed at training graduates on the art and science of sales. The bootcamp is also attended by a number of senior corporate leaders who are willing to employ some of the best young’s hires the market can buy. The job involved interviewing one hundred graduates who showed a passion for sales while assisting the boot camp project manager, Dr Darlene Mutalemwa, in planning, organizing and delivering the final sales convention. Moreover it was also required to help the corporate sponsors identify the right candidates among the long list of attendees. The bootcamp allowed twenty-five (25) graduates to receive internship placements in CRDB Bank, SBC Tanzania Pepsi Tanzania and many other firms in many other industries.

The job involved printing labels on behalf of Coke Tanzania and apply them manually on roughly six hundred (600) tin cans per day. The position was held for one month and required working nine (9) hours a day from Monday to Sunday. In its simplicity the job still required a high degree of work commitment and focus while delivering ambitious targets within tight deadlines.After one month our teams managed to both print and deploy more than 10,000 labels overall. The position proved to be a powerful life coaching experience on the power of keeping a positive while delivering a repetitive process. The position was key to understand the role hard work and teamwork in delivering “numbers” under pressing deadline.

The position was aimed at providing administration services to the Human Resources department. In particular the job required the provision of PR services on behalf of the Head of HR as well as the project management of internal training programmes. The position also demanded ongoing support to the effective storage and arrangement of record files while serving other functions in their individual file requests. After five months effective and prompt proper files record was achieved in order to allow serve dozens of file requests from other corporate functions. The position was vital to understand the importance of administration work and the role of information availability within an organization where teamwork is of paramount importance.

The job entailed creation & establishment of a new record and archive storage office which could store properly organization record files from previous years to present time. It was a challenging job which required a great deal of focus, intuition, decisive thinking.After five month of hard work and commitment I succeeded to utilize the available company resource in the completion of intended task, which in this case was the usage of a 40 feet container with shelves as an archive storage unit, whereby I manually transfers arrange record file properly in the company’s archive.
