CurrentI manage the service apartments by participating in innovative thinking to improve the services of the company, supervising employees, planning and overseeing renovations, maintenance, repairs and services. I handle clerical and administrative tasks, setting and collection of rents and other fees from guests as well as attending to their needs and requests. I handle the social media accounts of the company by creating contents, advertising, attending to enquiries and bookings I oversee and help to prepare vacant units for new guests as well as receive new guests and help them check in properly while keeping proper records and creating regular reports. I control budget and finances, manage stock level and order supplies when necessary.
