I managed a team of staff to provide concierge services to meet the needs and high expectations of residents. As the first concierge employed in SA within a new apartment complex, I demonstrated initiative to create a supportive and engaged community as well as effective systems and work processes that remain in place to this day.

Commencing as a Graduate Management Trainee, I undertook projects in nearly all departments at the hotel where I learned the complex functions involved in creating an exceptional guest experience. I was then offered the role as Executive Assistant to the General Manager of Sofitel Australia, a role where I was able to use my extensive knowledge of hotel operations to support the leadership team.
