Raphael leads the tech and fintech practice, supporting businesses with financial system AI optimizations and automations procuring real time financial intelligence for the most optimal treasury performance. His expertise has been commissioned in large scale financial system transformations and overhauls, and offers solutions in opportunistic private banking and private credit for family offices, foundations, high net worth individuals, and businesses looking to establish self managed loan portfolios.

Leading the Hail Investment Program for Entrepreneurs (HIPE), Raphael is dedicated to empowering University of Michigan athletes to capitalize on their name, image, and likeness (NIL) opportunities. Through customized solutions and partnerships with organizations like HAIL Impact, UofM Faculty, The Gen Agency, FAND, and others, HIPE provides athletes with search funding and comprehensive educational and advisory programs, facilitating their transition from the sports arena to the business world.Raphael is the Founder and Chairman of HonestDeed.
