Raphael commenced his career in legal recruitment in 2002 and joined the legal division of Search Consultancy in 2004 having worked previously with a boutique legal search & selection firm.He has gained vast experience within the London, North West, Midlands & Yorkshire legal recruitment markets. Whilst operating as the senior manager of the legal division at Search, Raphael built teams of legal consultants in the locations listed above. As a consultant, Raphael has a strong working knowledge across all legal disciplines, but his principal focus and expertise falls within the corporate commercial, specialising in senior appointments and team moves. Raphael has an excellent track record of delivering successful strategic search & selection mandates, identifying and matching candidates’ abilities and ambitions with those of his clients.Due to his extensive market knowledge and candidate reach, he adds significant value to the departments and firms he works with.
