I spent over two decades helping England's and UK's best athletes and teams perform in Olympic Games, World Cups and Major Events. In that time, I learnt that effective support required as much integration between coaches and practitioners as possible, and then aligning that connected support to analysis of winning performance. This integration and alignment is a continual endeavour. Once in place, then seeking additional competitive edge through innovations can also raise performance. Running through all of this is athlete engagement.Now I focus upon sports technology, my aim is to support teams in their integrated working, alignment to winning, competitive edge seeking, whilst helping athletes engage with their performance.
