Account Executive
CurrentAccount Management- Responsible for managing clients through the full lifecycle of hiring mandate; acquiring job order requirements, screening candidate submissions, presenting qualified profiles to client, arranging interviews, acquiring post interview feedback- Working one on one with hiring managers and human resources department to complete recruitment process in a smooth and productive manner- Lead a team of recruiters and consultants by gathering client requirements and ensuring the highest quality of candidates are delivered to the clients in a timely basis.Recruiting- Responsible for qualifying candidates through technical and behavioural interviewing and testing- Utilize multiple recruiting methods ranging from Job Boards, search, referrals, online networking sites and job postings- Technical evaluation of candidates: Screen and interview qualified candidates (phone interview and face-to-face interview)- Conducted candidate references, background and criminal checks- Responsible for ongoing quality control of hired contractors; providing ongoing feedback and offering recommendations to improve everyday work habitsClient accounts have included: City of Toronto, Toronto Transit Commission, Toronto Community Housing Corp., Toronto Police Services and Government of Ontario Cybersecurity Roles: Digital Forensics, Enterprise Application Security, Privacy, Risk Management, Cyber Analytics, Cyber Architecture, Critical Infrastructure (IT/OT), Cyber Defense, Threat IntelligenceIT Roles: Application Developers/Designers/Architects, Business Analysts, Business Systems Analysts, Business Architects, Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing Specialists, Data Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Information Architects, Mainframe Developers, Mobile App Developers, Network Specialists, Quality Assurance, Project Coordinators/Managers, Program Managers, ERP Specialist (SAP and Oracle), System Administrators, etc.
