I design, develop, conduct, and evaluate innovative means of advertising and marketing communication/informational materials on a variety of communication channels to public, private and diverse stakeholders to promote and enhance understanding and acceptance of agency programs and activities. Additionally, I draft, edit, review and publish written materials intended for various constituent audiences.In a single year, content I designed, developed, and produced garners nearly 5000 views. One video I produced surpassed 2,000 views in two months becoming the most popular on OSMRE’s YouTube account in some time. A single podcast episode I produced received approximately 500 views across platforms in six months. Additionally, I provide guidance and oversight for products-for-print within the bureau a primary point of contact for Print Product design and procurement. Print products are given to stakeholders at events and ceremonies or displayed in the Interior Museum. I managed and migrated web content from OSMRE’s server-side multisite environment to a single content management system (Drupal). Quarterly web reviews ensure content and functionality is robust while technical and developmental updates ensure accessibility, usability & security. Research and analysis attests to the growth and impact of web initiatives and online campaigns I oversee as Web Manager; Views, Active Users & Event Count for 2024 outperform 2023 by more than double in each category. I train content contributors on best practices improving overall customer experience, and we begin every month aligning independent needs to bolster the agency's web presence in accordance with communication strategies

While protecting the reputation of The Bureau of Land Management, I created communication plans & products that promoted the bureau’s mission & vision. In my time there, I saw a multi-platform engagement increase of 20% from our community of half a million people. My most notable projects are the national rollout of an internal anti-harassment program & the 2019 inaugural Bat Beauty Contest for the internationally observed holiday Bat Week.

I strategically facilitate, manage and contribute to the creation of digital content for use in the form of webpages, podcasts, flyers, videos, social media, billboards, etc. This results in increased new membership as well as member retention. Additionally, I regularly direct, produce and camera operate for tv broadcasts and live-streams.

I mentally & physically challenged Hyattsville Elementary School youth bypresenting them with creative activities that promote a healthy lifestyle,critical thinking & emotional maturity. Most students came from harshenvironments. So, I am most proud of those who graduated the programdisplaying not only emotional & academic growth, but also a preparedness for the future.

I created exciting content that connects parents and children to their camp experience as well as marketing strategies to improve and protect the brand. I cataloged the digital media content to identify evergreens, coordinated and managed the creation of all digital media products used for digital and printed advertisement. These efforts resulted in increased enrollment, participation in live events and community engagement on digital platforms.

I supported BSUTV’s televised programming goals by producing videos, maintaining a digital archive, editing and traveling as a camera operator. I’m most proud of directing a piece of original content in collaboration with my peers which aired on BSU-TV and local tv programming.
