I have completed my Psychology degree studies at La Salle University-Ozamis. During these studies, students are readied for the position of Human Resources and Clinical Psychology. Furthermore, within those four years I have participated organizations within my universityOne of the focuses of my studies was company management wherein topics of recruitment & selection, performance management, and learning & development were discussed. are extensively discussed. I also experience during my HR internship on how to handle various employees by conducting interviews about the quality of the job of the company as well as making reports about the duties and responsibilities of all the jobs of employees. In my clinical setting, I became an Interventionist in one of the municipal in Cebu, particularly in Consolacion. My functions as an interventionist during my internship was conducting psychological assessment and data gathering of client, facilitating programs during activities, trainings, and workshops organized by the Municipality, and revising manuals from English to Cebuano.Within my student years, I also gain the knowledge of graphic and layout designing. As a graphic and layout artist, I have been able to use my knowledge in my degree and applied it on how I conceptualize my graphic and layout designing. I also worked with clients over my four years as a graphic artist and was able to enhance my communication skills as well as improving my crafts. Furthermore, I also managed a graphic and layout design department at my university's own publication to which we publish several outputs such as magazines, tabloids, and social media posters.
