I support organizations looking to develop systems and processes that help them grow their impact. I've worked with major Foundations (Walton Family Foundation), state Departments of Education (Louisiana and Tennessee), growing education nonprofits (Wildflower Schools, 4.0, MakerState, New Pathways New Orleans), and numerous other education startups.

Wildflower is a network of Montessori micro-schools growing in hubs across the country. Each school is independently led by two dynamic teacher/entrepreneurs, is built on a foundation of equity and serves a diverse population of students. By operating one-room school houses in storefront locations, Wildflower schools are small, responsive and deeply bound.

I led 4.0's work in fundraising (~$4m annual budget), communications, evaluation and learning, and external partnerships. This included revamping 4.0's approach to working with funders and coordinating internally, developing 4.0's first ever alumni programming, managing 4.0's fellow recruitment, and leading strategic planning across those areas and others..
