I support organizations looking to develop systems and processes that help them grow their impact. I've worked with major Foundations (Walton Family Foundation), state Departments of Education (Louisiana and Tennessee), growing education nonprofits (Wildflower Schools, 4.0, MakerState, New Pathways New Orleans), and numerous other education startups.

Wildflower is a network of Montessori micro-schools growing in hubs across the country. Each school is independently led by two dynamic teacher/entrepreneurs, is built on a foundation of equity and serves a diverse population of students. By operating one-room school houses in storefront locations, Wildflower schools are small, responsive and deeply bound to the neighborhoods and families they serve.

I led 4.0's work in fundraising (~$4m annual budget), communications, evaluation and learning, and external partnerships. This included revamping 4.0's approach to working with funders and coordinating internally, developing 4.0's first ever alumni programming, managing 4.0's fellow recruitment, and leading strategic planning across those areas and others. I coached founders and developed partnerships to provide downstream support to 4.0 alumni. I collaborated with our leadership team as we developed a long term strategic plan that met the needs of our funders and other partners.

I led our work around school choice, including the school operator recruitment, the statewide charter application process, school oversight and closure, allocating and monitoring federal startup grants, policy analysis and updates, and stakeholder management. I also supported the rollout of the statewide student voucher program, including policy development, operator recruitment, and school oversight. I led teams of up to eight people during several leadership changes within the organization.
