1*Recovery mission of the R&D team. Recruiting new skills / expertise: hiring 5 engineers and renewing 50% of the team within 10 months . Managing 10 teammates accross two sites (Pessac and Toulouse). Rebuilding the end-to-end product development process from scratch (RACI, steps, milestones, delivrables, project governance), shortening time-to-market from 24 months to 15 months. Implementing new systems and tools (Costing, F.A, F.M.E.A, E.F simulation, demonstrators), resulting into the overall quality improvement and quicker certification of new product range2* Research and development leader. Executing against our 2-years recovery plan: launching 20 boats (4 new, 10 upgrades, 6 relooking) and 70+ add-ons. Re-homologating of the whole range according to the new European Directive for recreational boats. Boating testing (navigation/ endurance/ drop test). Managing ten units for boat shows exhibition (Paris, Cannes, Dusseldorf, Goteborg, ...). Owning two strategic innovations : ~~> Developing a 430 RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) jet hybrid with 40HP engine and 30Kwh batteries~~> Creating a beachable 540 foiling RIB with the objectives of reducing energy consumption by 50% whilst improving comfort3* Techcenter Site Manager. Relocating Zodiac's techcenter and its 20 teammates, into 1500 m2 of workshop area and 150m2 office space within 6 months
