Rebuilding the end-to-end product development process from scratch (RACI, steps, milestones, delivrables, project governance), shortening time-to-market from 24 months to 15 months. Implementing new systems and tools (Costing, F.A, F.M.E.A, E.F simulation, demonstrators), resulting into the overall quality improvement and quicker certification of new product range2* Research and development leader. Executing against our 2-years recovery plan: launching 20 boats (4 new, 10 upgrades, 6 relooking) and 70+ add-ons. Re-homologating of the whole range according to the new European Directive for recreational boats. Boating testing (navigation/ endurance/ drop test). Managing ten units for boat shows exhibition (Paris, Cannes, Dusseldorf, Goteborg, ...). Owning two strategic innovations : ~~> Developing a 430 RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) jet hybrid with 40HP engine and 30Kwh batteries~~> Creating a beachable 540 foiling RIB with the objectives of reducing energy consumption by 50% whilst improving comfort3* Techcenter Site Manager. Relocating Zodiac's techcenter and its 20 teammates, into 1500 m2 of workshop area and 150m2 office space within 6 months

- Managing a team of 8 products engineers- Design & development of fishing product : rods, reels, lures, fishing camp, waders garments, accessories. (>600 items per annum)- Creating a customer centric product validation process (including customer panels and surveys)- Developing industrial partenerships for hooks, carp accessories, rigged lines

- Functional management of the chinese production teams (5 developments achieved. 10 business trip to Shenzhen, Shanghai, Taiwan).- Production Transfers : Poland, Tunisia, China. - Design to cost : analysis to reduce from 20% the FOB price of the Kit Caraïbes 100 - Quality mastering : internal standard creation on diving masks, FMEA, return rate improvement of 75%, and up to 80% on Non Quality Costs. - Time to market :Predicting the sealing performance of a mask by numerical simulation (ABACUS, Univ. of Marseille)

- Surfwear range developement and waterproof luggages in collaboration with 7 foreignproduction offices.- Development schedule management, technical specifications definition.
