Raphael Hassid is a Founder and CTO at Fabric. He possess expertise in python, visual basic pour applications, google analytics, real estate, microsoft excel and 7 more skills. He is proficient in Russian (Beginner) and English (TOIEC 955/990). Colleagues describe him as "I had the honor and pleasure to supervise Raphael’s work and mentor him professionally, during his 6-month internship as Director of Operations at Keepin App Ltd., as part of his track at EDHEC Business School and Stagerim program in Israel, between June – December, 2019. Raphael’s work included various business aspects such as marketing, research, project management, operations, business and project planning, and more. Raphael was reporting to me, and also worked directly with the company’s Founder and CEO, Mr. Alon Sudri. Raphael’s major responsibility in the internship was to lead a market research project, in which he supervised 6 fellows in 2 teams of 3 fellows each (a team leaders and 2 research fellows), who were all students in the University of Maryland in the United States. Raphael engaged with the research fellows through a designated program called TAMID, and was the leading spearhead from our side in working with the students and the TAMID staff. Raphael led this project from goal setting and planning to execution, including hiring the students, introducing them to the project, advising and mentoring them and getting things done in time, according to the planning which he also lead. Raphael was also responsible for many core operations in the company, including agile and scrum management of tasks and sprints, the planning and execution of marketing operations, generation of business development responsibilities and pushing them to fruition, presenting the company in events, speaking to groups in meetups, interviewing for podcasts, and more. Raphael proved to be an indispensable team member. He demonstrated both teamwork and leadership skills, both critical and creative thinking, both entrepreneurial and compliance traits, and more. Raphael is a fast learner, who knew to adjust fast to company culture, methods and tools. Overall, Raphael is a true talented, hard-working, pro-active, smart and passionate young professional. He knows to work as part of a team - and also by himself. He is organized and process-oriented - and also creative. He knows to learn and adapt by himself – and also to communicate with the rest of the team along the way and become an integral part of the company.
