FDM: FOQA and MOQA Management.

I worked in the QSMSI board as a Junior Analyst, in which I work directly with Safety Case, a program that consists of periodically identifying activities with potential risks to flight safety in the maintenance and operations area, surveying the hazards and applying the analysis and classification of risks, so that the controls considered most critical have their controls verified through internal audits at Líder's operational bases and external audits at suppliers of critical products and services.Member of the Operational Safety Committee (CSO), a committee formed by the CEO and top management, with the purpose of analyzing the main occurrences and dangers raised, in order to advise the company's president in the allocation of resources necessary for operational safetyI also worked as an HFDM Analyst in the operation of helicopters, doing analyzes to validate the events generated by the HFDM software, development of schedules, reassessment of schedule triggers, as well as making contact with Gatekeepers when necessary. I carry out monitoring of monthly and annual event indicators, disclosing the indicators to the flight group, as well as organizing Review Group with the Operations Managerial level to present KPI and actions to disseminate alerts to the flight group.I also performed studies using FDM data to improve operational safety whenever necessary.In HFDM I also perform troubleshooting support for research, assistance in researching breakdowns and event alerts generated in specific maintenance schedules.I also work as an internal and supplier auditor with training to audit ISO 9001, 14001, 37001 and 45001, as well as airline regulations.Responsible for receiving external audits (eg Petrobras, Shell, Statoil, Rosneft, Chevron, PetroRio, Total, ENEVA, ISBAO, Equinor, SBM) for matters related to: Safety Case, FDM, operational risk management, audit of barriers to Safety and Operational Safety Management Handbook (MGSO).

I worked in the QHSSE (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Avaiation Safety and Security and Enviroment) department, where I acquired knowledge related to the Operational Safety of the air activity.Composing the QSMSI intern staff, I worked in the management of the company's RELPREV tool, receiving the reports and treating them dynamically in view of the scope of the tool for use in the air activity.In this same department, I had contact with the LOSA (Line Operations Safety Audit) program, which is an important audit tool to help develop countermeasures for operational errors. I worked with this program in the operation of helicopters.

I worked at the Operational Standards Superintendence (SPO) in the CCPI management, where I acquired a strong general understanding of aviation related to regulations and notices of infraction.In September 2018 I was reassigned to the Linguistic Proficiency Coordination (PROFLING), of the technical management of personnel management (GCEP), where I worked with the professionals who develop the test and analyze the ICAO test for pilots who want to join a airline and fly internationally for English language proficiency verification.In this sector, I developed projects to improve the sector's performance regarding the number of analyzes and quality, in addition to taking care of the administrative part. I had a great experience with the English language that I could put into practice, in addition to having learned a lot from great linguists and pilots with international experience with more than 3000 flight hours who manage the sector.
