Based on this work plan, the quick identification, analysis and prioritization of the available options to the companies and targets audience are fundamental to achieve a good result.Judiciary Administration:With coming into force, in 2005, the Law no.11.101 brought sort of positive points to the business environment and improving the country economic conditions. A better horizon was opened to companies and market agents that occupy the creditors position of companies in financial distress. The Law and its deployments took an important place that made possible the development of a better relationship between the envolved parts negotiations (creditors and debtor).
