In 2011, the principal, Michael Reid, closed the business in order to work with Boyden Executive Search. -Managed full cycle of retained executive searches including search planning, candidate identification, in-depth evaluation, presentation of candidates and project finalization. Clients included Princeton University, Yale University, Saint Mary’s College of California and the University of Baltimore. -Completed executive searches include Chief Information Officer, Director of Human Resources, Dean of the School of Education and Dean of the Library. As a bilingual bicultural recruiter, I sourced a rich and diverse pool of candidates from professional diversity associations and other networks.-Built relationships with key stakeholders to develop an understanding of organizational needs, culture, and client environment. -Negotiated between conflicting priorities of search committee members. -Prepared and delivered presentations on the search process for search committees.
