- Designed and managed company LinkedIn page resulting in a net increase in new followers of 33% (483 followers). - Recruited for a pipeline of up to 15 positions for a diversity of clinical and administrative roles at every level.

- Recruited, vetted and oriented more than 50 volunteer drivers; reduced application processing time from 3 weeks to 1 week.- Implemented a transportation data tracking platform that allowed volunteer drivers to accept rides through an app.

The program was started in March 2011 to incentivize family and friends to offer rides to their loved ones by offering mileage reimbursement. This served two purposes: to divert riders to a lower cost alternative and to expand transportation to parts of the county that were not covered by paratransit. I was the face of the program. The STAR program was rolled into the Travel Navigator Department at the beginning of fiscal year 2014.-I built a successful mileage reimbursement program that started with 1 rider and 8 rides in March of 2011 into a fully funded county wide program that served 139 people by delivering 11,394 rides in fiscal year 2015.-Collaborated with the Marketing Department on creating branding and marketing materials. I named the STAR program; the name was approved of by Marin Transit and is utilized to this day on all digital and print materials throughout the county.

MJRCO was a retained executive search consulting firm dedicated to ensuring a qualified and diverse candidate pool in each and every search. In 2011, the principal, Michael Reid, closed the business in order to work with Boyden Executive Search. -Managed full cycle of retained executive searches including search planning, candidate identification, in-depth evaluation, presentation of candidates and project finalization. Clients included Princeton University, Yale University, Saint Mary’s College of California and the University of Baltimore. -Completed executive searches include Chief Information Officer, Director of Human Resources, Dean of the School of Education and Dean of the Library. As a bilingual bicultural recruiter, I sourced a rich and diverse pool of candidates from professional diversity associations and other networks.-Built relationships with key stakeholders to develop an understanding of organizational needs, culture, and client environment. -Negotiated between conflicting priorities of search committee members. -Prepared and delivered presentations on the search process for search committees.

BOSS is a major provider of social services for the homeless and mentally ill in the Bay area.-Managed a caseload of 20 clients entering the shelter: stabilized the clients and developed financial, housing and treatment plans with each according to goals and needs.-Trained junior staff on time management and successfully increased team efficiency.
