Data Science:• Predictive sales forecasting models using Linear Regression.• Time series analysis for shipment of products with statstmodel and the SARIMAX algorithm.• Modeling for Labor Optimization through Operational Research• Prediction of system and component failures through error code analysis with Naive BayesBusiness Intelligence:• Development of dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to help the decision making process and understanding of business areas: Sales and Operations Planning, Quality, Supply Management.• Diagnostics and understanding of standards for the operational stability of the unit, assisting the unit in achieving its business objectives.

• Member of the EPDP team (new products and projects delivery): Responsible for the development and support of new products (tropicalization) for the business unit.• New products development (Rosario Project): Project carried out for John Deere unit in Rosario. Developed the line design and a Playbook for the factory.• Leader of MES (Manufacturing Execution system) Implementation : Responsible for the implementation of the Project in the Final Assembly Line and for the coordination of the project in the department.• Virtual Build Leader - Responsible for conducting Virtual Build events for new products. (Events for testing and simulating the conditions of new products in the unit for the market)• Restructuring, reorganization and change in indicator management - Development of new methodology for indicator control (OKRs), leadership in the change process, conducting meetings and supporting other engineering areas for implementation.

• Production engineering:                     - Creation and organization of sequence of events for new projects and products on the assembly line; Study of methods and times and development of standard documentation for the areas of manufacturing engineering; Development of processes and technologies for new products.                     - Development of the new method for calculating resources for assembly lines: Optimization of the workforce, increase in the productivity of the factory park, agility in the analysis of resource sizing. Approximation of the Sales Planning area for accuracy of people sizing.
