Responsible for Sales for 5 major hospitals specialized in electrophysiology and other smaller accounts across the province of Quebec. Hospitals/provincial tenders, Defibrillators implants and clinical support, National and provincial Customers education and training.▪ Managing my territory as my own business, proactively and efficiently to meet my sales objectives.▪ Setting-up plans of action for the clinical specialists and perform sales review every quarter to be shared with the team.▪ RFP’s, major contribution in meetings and tender preparation▪ Building the trust of BSC in each account ▪ Serve as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of surgical coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products▪ Attend unit implants in the labs and operating room of hospital accounts and performs patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with the implanted products▪ Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations▪ Support for clinical trial activity that includes completing Site Selection Visits and Site Initiation Visits▪ Conducting many training programs for Drs, Fellows and technicians▪ Suggesting creative ideas to yield business beyond initial contracts
