Within the project managers team of the real estate subsidiary of RATP group, RATP Real Estate, I had the opportunity to work on concurrent building projects in different phases, from initiation to delivery.• Sustainable bus station – client: RATPPrototype for next Paris bus station generation (customer services, innovative operations, loading devices for electric buses); High regulatory constraints area; Sustainable certification (BREEAM)• Headquarter of RATP Habitat* (*social housing subsidiary) – client: RATP HabitatProject using BIM from conception, through works, to maintenance delivery; 3 sustainable certifications (BREEAM, HQE and E+C); New generation offices• Energetic transition of a city bus network – client: City of OrléansAdaptation of 2 bus-maintenance workshops to electric rolling stock; Purchase of more than 200 electric-vehicle fleet (29 purchased in 2019)• Superposition of a Subway Operations Control Centre and social housings – clients: RATP and RATP HabitatCo-managing mission; program superposition; complex working constraints

Within the project department of the prestigious transport operator of Paris area, I was in charge of the project planning management for multiple concurrent projects, which included train infrastructure, train systems and subway stations projects. To do so I acquired a high knowledge of MS project software and worked closely to the different project stakeholders (prime contractors, works companies, institutions) by animating office and on-site meetings.
