As a Engineering Coordinator at CCR, one of the world's largest urban mobility companies, I am responsible for ensuring that the group's strategic projects align with the principles of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). With an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach, I leverage innovative technologies and sustainable practices to drive efficiency and excellence in the projects I manage.I am passionate about strategy, infrastructure, and technological innovations, and I have a strong experience in leading companies within their sectors. I started my career as an intern and quickly advanced to an engineer position in a renowned industrial rope access company, pioneering in the country. I then joined CCR as a trainee, where I had the opportunity to participate in large-scale projects and gain expertise in the management and execution of complex projects, such as the contractual strategies for the group's 15 new airports. I've finished my MBA in Project Management at Universidade de São Paulo, where I learnied the latest tools and methodologies to enhance my skills and knowledge.
