I am responsible for the evolution of our product. Connecting the company's vision with client needs to produce an easy and innovative solution in the management of voice service with cloud computing.Some of my main tasks are: - Talk to clients to understand problems, oportunities and how we can help them to have a better communication wtih thier clients.- Provide inputs and discuss with senior management how the product should evolve over time.- Understand the impact of new features in all company areas (support, sales, backoffice, etc).- Prototype new features, write specifications to tech team and interact with clients to get feedbacks. - List, organize and prioritize new features and prepare them to development stage.- Continuos interaction with tech team to support them during development stage of new features.- Test new features to find bugs and nsure that we produce the right experience and solution to our clients.- Write release notes and help material to our clients when new features are lauched.

I am responsible for all financial, accounting and administrative aspects here at Callix. Our goal is to optimize the use of resources and provide financial security for the company's operation.Some of my tasks are: to develop, manage and implement the company's budget set / approved by the board. Dealing with accountants, audits, suppliers and customers in the aspects of purchases and charges. Keep up to date documents and processes. Providing information and intelligence to financial areas of the company and shareholders.

I'm responsible for Callix clients whole experience with the company. Our goal is to ensure that every client use our product and services in the best way to generate major results in their operations.Some of my tasks include: design the Callix client journey, reduce churn, increase contract's renews, coordinate Service Desk and product developing teams, design and apply surveys with clients to understand Callix improvement points and strengths and maintain a daily basis monitoring in our operations indicators to prevent client's problems and improve their usage experience.

I did my private pilot course (theoretical and pratice) at EJ in Jundiai. I also did my comercial pilot course and apply to Santos Dumont English Assessment Test in mid of 2015.

• Monitor the main economic variables in: Brazil, USA, Europe and China. Also considering political influences.• Monitor the main world financial markets from the macroeconomic point of view: exchange rates, interest rates, risk premia and stock markets;• Prepare periodic reports with simple and direct language for clients.• Prepare analysis and reports to support decisions about investment portfolio in the Private Bank's Economy and Strategy Committee;• Develop economic scenarios for the relevant decision-making time frame and the Committee;• Make presentations for clients of the Private segment

Responsable for controller in exclusive investment funds and clients accounts fixed income securities. Also provide information to RMs, BDOs and seniors analists about fixed income position.

Responsable to clients up to R$ 300.000,00 in investments in CSHG. Member of the team that was in charge of develop a new services platform/produtcs to this clients.
