Performing pre-sales and delivery activities for differentiated, high value innovative solution at Microsoft specially around Customer Engagement and XRM projects.Pre-Sales• Lead the design of solutions and technologies to meet client business goals and technical requirements.• Assist scope and position technical advisory services for clients implementing a Dynamics 365 program of work to support expansion and adoption of the platform• Work with Account team on new business to understand customer objectives and provide continuity for architecture and roadmap projects• Work with existing clients on developing technical solutions and prototyping new initiatives.Delivery• Work in conjunction with Projects Managers and Architects to assist with technical program level activities• Ensure that customer engagements are aligned to Microsoft Implementation best practices and initial vision during pre-sales• Provide guidance on Customer’s Dynamics 365 development lifecycle
