Joined FactSet SAS executive committee in 2004 following the acquisition of JCF Group by FactSet Inc, managed the product development team with 4 direct reports in Paris and in New York. • Lead the task force responsible for the product integration of JCF flagship software to the FactSet platform: the product was successfully integrated in 2007. • Conducted hiring interviews, set objectives for the team and the individuals and conducted performance appraisals career of direct reports. • Identified a new data set content completing proprietary earnings estimates consensus and lead the requirements gathering, benchmark analysis on competition, data sourcing, process specifications and data collection operations set up until it was ready to be sold to existing clients. • Specified and implemented a portfolio performance attribution analysis module to distinguish sector selection and stock selection effect on a benchmarked portfolio based on multiple clients’ survey.

Appointed by the CEO of JCF Group to set up outsourcing operations in India. • Established JCF Group Business Process Outsourcing operations in India from preparation of the request for proposal, identification of a local partner and negotiations to project implementation. Had operations running after 6 months. • Initial set up of a 10 business analyst team including hiring interviews, training, managing and mentoring. • Added 20 business analysts on different shifts to enable round-the-clock operations and complement the French operations. As a result, dramatically reduced the average processing time from 12 hours to 30 minutes.
