"Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail."Raphaël has a master’s degree in renewable energy and power electronics design with numerous papers and a thesis on controls of multi-power sources for electric drive train. From 2002 to 2010, he worked as an electrical infrastructure engineer consultant working on numerous projects such as substations, hospitals, schools, industrial and renewable installations. Late 2011, Raphaël joined GDF SUEZ as the site engineer and is responsible for operations, projects, health and safety and environment. In these functions, he was in charge of numerous R&D and construction projects regarding balance of plant and anti-icing. In 2016, Raphaël became the manager of a new R&D centre specialized in advanced manufacturing, welding, robotics and industry 4.0 technology integration services to SMEs. Raphaël was able to develop an industrial cluster in welding and metallurgy and established a new technology access centre specialized in automation and robotics in northern NB. Presently, Raphaël is an electrical engineer providing engineering services to clients across Atlantic Canada from concept planning through completion.
