I also have an MBA in Marketing and Sales. It helped a lot with understanding the business side, scalability, strategies and how to maximize performance in many ways. Before joining STgenetics, I was a Dairy Business Manager at Alta Genetics, overseeing large commercial herds in the Midwest, delivering specialized dairy consultation, sales, and implementing automated monitoring systems.I am passionate about enhancing the dairy industry's operational efficiency and financial viability, and I welcome any potential collaboration opportunities in this field.
