As a Project Manager my missions were :- Led a team of 10 developers and 2 designers in Morroco.- Managed timelines and including cost optimization.- Recruited talent, boosting project performance.- Identifying client needs and tailoring CRM solutions.

Schoolab is a global innovation ecosystem and innovation studio that empowers talents to co-create impactful business innovations through collaborative methodologies like Design Thinking and Lean Startup. During these 3 months spent at Schoolab, I had the opportunity to participate in the management of the Starter and Reboot incubation programs.My main missions were:- Understand and meet the strategic needs of Startups (Business model, business plan, Pitch Deck, communication & marketing, sales, KPIs ...)- Organized recruitments for the future promotion and select the startups most aligned with Schoolab's values (team cohesion and complementarity, openness to change, resources, quality of the solution / product)- Organizer workshops corresponding to the needs of startups (growth strategy, Pitch Deck, fundraising, powerpoint, tools for KPIs, CRM, SEO ...)
