I am a partner and attorney-at-law at IPrime, a boutique law firm with offices in Zürich, Düsseldorf, and Liechtenstein. With its bench of both lawyers and patent attorneys, IPrime provides premium European and international IP consulting services across a broad range of industries.My practice focuses on advising and litigating technology law and intellectual property disputes, in particular domestic and cross-border patent litigation. Currently, I am a lecturer at the ETH Zurich and at Nanjing University of Science and Technology. Previously, I was an Assistant Professor at Waseda University in Tokyo and have worked as a visiting scholar or professor at a number of foreign institutions, notably the University of California in Berkeley, the University of Hong Kong, Singapore Management University, and the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich.
