(AEOI, FATCA, CRS, TIN, IRS)- Cooperation with AML Compliance & Legal Department in subject of politically exposed individuals, negative media, tax heaven jurisdictions

- Accounts opening: Responsible for ensuring the quality of Know Your Customer information for Ultra High Net Worth and Mega Health Clients- AML investigation: case analysis, memo, presentation to management, MROS report - Performing risk assessment for account opening- Monitoring and closure of name screening cases and escalation of negative news (via World Check and Lexis Nexis)- Advising Private Bankers on a daily basis regarding client on-boarding matters to ensure AML Compliance and CDB policies, guidelines and local booking centres’ regulations- Transactions monitoring and clarification: review of high risk transaction - Monitoring of the Anticipated Activity over the accounts- Sanctions monitoring (SECO, OFAC)- Assist Bankers in all aspects of profiling such as source of wealth- Compliance training for front staffs: presentation of new compliance topic, yearly refresher, regular meeting with RM - On site review during acquisition process (Bank of China, Fransad Gestion, CISAL)
