As head lifeguard, I oversee a team of lifeguards, providing training and guidance on rescue techniques, first aid, and emergency response protocols. I also manage daily operations, including scheduling shifts and conducting safety drills. Additionally, I perform essential pool maintenance tasks, including chemical product manipulation, water quality testing and routine filter maintenance.

As mentor and alumn for Team 3990 and it's junior team, 9406, my responsibilites include:- Overseeing multi-year training in basic CAD design, fundamental robotic design concepts and introduce students to machining techniques,- Managing mechanical design of FRC robots, ensuring clear communication between diffrent sub-teams,- Accompany the team to international events as a coach, providing guidance and support throughout the competition experience,- Managing CAD platforms and libraries.
