I am the HR & Legal Counsel of a specialist technology start-up of air pollution control processes (turn-key plants) for the removal of sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides and carbon dioxides. CPPE air pollution control processes are already in use at major companies all around the world like:CODELCO, EVONIK, OCP, AURUBIS, SUEZ, SYMRISE.Responsibilities include:- Managing Compensation and Benefits, Mobility, HR projects in coordination with the CFO - Managing and assisting with the negotiation, drafting and/or review of a wide variety of commercial contracts - Managing corporate and governance issues, communicating with directors and overlooking overall corporate housekeeping activities pertaining to the company’s legal structure- Managing the portfolio of IP rights - Anticipate and guarding against legal risks facing the company, including training business people and ensuring compliance and appropriate risk assessment on a day to day basis- Managing litigation and the contacts with outside counsel

Gestion d’une clientèle de 30 grandes & moyennes entreprises familiales, ainsi que 200 personnes physiques luxembourgeoises et étrangères (chefs d'entreprises, entrepreneurs, salariés, rentiers, indépendants et professions libérales)- Supervision et management d'une équipe de 3 collaborateurs- Création et reprise d’entreprises : Plan de financement et business plan, suivi et accompagnement lors de la négociation avec les banques ou d’autres interlocuteurs - Transmission d’entreprises : conseil pour le partage d’entreprises familiales et du patrimoine privé, évaluation d’entreprises, accompagnement juridique pour le transfert de l’entreprise aux enfants/repreneurs (pouvoir de gestion & capital), conseil fiscal successoral, - Conseil de gestion : structuration fiscale du patrimoine entrepreunarial, politique HR et salariale, subsides et aides étatiques- Family office : accompagnement et conseil des familles pour la gestion de leur patrimoine immobilier et mobilier - Veille juridique et fiscale, luxembourgeoise, française, belge et européennePersonal Tax consultant in the following areas - Income tax, Social security, Compensation & Benefits, HR Policies & Procedures :- Luxembourg income tax advices : tax optimization on movable or immovable investments, structuring of professional and private assets, acquisition / sale of movable or immovable property, optimization of the remuneration package (extra-legal benefits)- International tax : transfer of tax residence, application and interpretation of double taxation treaties, implementation of split payroll / salary, secondment, tax equalization- Preparation of income tax returns for resident and non-resident individuals
