As part of the optimization and standardization of its engineering processes, Framatome has set up a System Engineering (SE) program. The mission of this program is to define the methods and to accompany the different units of Framatome in the implementation of System Engineering through the implementation of a PLM.Achievements: - Analyzing and compiling the available EPR2 information - Learning how to use Framatome's PLM tool- Comparing the results with the Systems Engineering repository - Writing sheets for each method point (method need, implementation constraints linked to the software used, implemented method and implications for the software, reservations/exclusions, life cycle)- Submitting a complete gap analysis with suggested solutions regarding the implementation of the EPR2 Project, Systems Engineering at Framatome and the deployment of the PLM tool.
