The company's mission is to support Peugeot, Citroën and DS's distribution networks and customers in Belgium and Luxembourg by offering them a range of financing and services that meet their needs.Insurance product Manager position:- Act as a salesman to promote insurance products and help car dealers to achieve their budget- Create insurance commercial & training materials to be used by the car dealers (flyers, catalogs, product sheets, sales tips)- Manage telemarketing insurance business- Manage projects related to insurance and financing activities- Coordinate (with the Insurance Manager) the life and non-life insurance business according to quality procedures and insurance regulations- Adapt existing insurance products or implement new insurance products to comply with the applicable regulations (GDPR, Insurance Distribution Directive)- Continuous development of competitiveness and quality of supply: more targeted diversification, adapted distribution channels (e.g. sales through emailing campaigns, online sales)- Carry out reports necessary for monitoring the activity and making decisions- Propose new products in order to grow the business and meet customers’ needs- Create qualitative and quantitative monitoring tools and optimize existing administrative management processes- Participate in negotiations with suppliers and tenders- Contribute to the budget development- Assist the marketing department in the preparation of reports – various, regular and periodic – related to the financing and insurance activityMain achievements:- launch of a connected insurance product for B2C clients on the Belgian market (January 2020) - implementation of an incentive platform used to reward PSA Belux car dealers and their salesmen

Thanks to its central and neutral position on the market, Willemot connects its customers with each other, facilitates their exchanges and globalises their needs.I was in charge of submitting insurance offers, negotiating prices with insurance companies, creating contracts and client invoices.

Manneh Consulting is leaded by an independent broker specialized in providing the best insurance solutions to its clients. The client portfolio is made up of private and professional customers.My role was to manage a part of the client portfolio. My main tasks were to advise the customers and meet all their demands and expectations. My goal was to find the best insurance solution existing on the market that correspond to the client's needs.
