In addition to leading successful QA, Automation, Project Management and Release Engineering teams and being a key asset in scaling Product Engineering Operations, I have worked hand in hand with the CEO and the executive team to develop and implement company-wide operations, such as:- Led and coached the Agile transformation of the organization since 2014- Strategized and led multiple company-wide reorganizations to facilitate rapid scale growth within Engineering and Product spaces- Identified areas of tension between strategy and execution, and implemented viable and scalable solutions- Developed and implemented a full revamp of a company goal-setting framework (based on OKR) for 300+ people, resulting in better alignment between top management and operational teams, optimization of resources allocation, and better focus- Drove and implemented cross-functional initiatives around product quality, performance, employee satisfaction, prioritization and decision-making processes, alignment and focus issues- Scaled Product Engineering processes across the organization and streamlined communication between teams- Partnered with People (HR) on topics including Bar Raiser interviews, onboarding, performance management (360 reviews, best practices and training) to attract talents and increase retention of employees.

In addition to QA and Project Management, I build a new department dedicated to Release Engineering whose primary purpose was to help the company scale and industrialize our multi-platform release pipeline.- Implemented creative solution to growing end-to-end automated tests inside mission teams reducing manual validation by 80%- Reached 100% end-to-end automation of pipeline steps from merge to deploy for all platforms- Reached 70% of quality gates implementation including test automation, security, static analysis, performance, and load testing- Reached +50% of build capacity and 90% reliability for all platforms- Mean Time To Deploy and Mean Time To Recover optimized by 4x through process optimization and release automation- Implemented Zero Bug policy strategy reducing mean time to resolve a bug from 45days to ~10 days

After successfully managing many projects and trained Scrum Masters for several years, and in a context of hyper-growth, I built a new department dedicated to Project Management and Agile methodologies.- Hired and managed a team of 8 full-time Agile Project Managers- Established project management and agile methodologies processes and best practices across the organization- Established more regular and reliable release process making projects more predictable, going from 25% of projects launch within estimated ranges to 100% releasing between best and conservative scenarios- Continuous improvements of processes leading to better predictability, better estimation, common shared understanding and increase of quality - Coaching and mentoring of project managers, tech leads, product managers, and teams- Hands-on project management for sensible projects

Over the years, I built a high-performing department of ~30 people, composed of QA Analysts, Automation engineers, leads, and managers, in-house and outsourced, based in 4 different locations worldwide.- Built foundations of end-to-end Automation- Hired and managed in-house Automation Engineers- Established automated testing strategy across all platforms

After having convinced the CEO of the potential of localizing our apps, I built this department that led to a significant release in 2015, including five new languages, quadrupling our active user base.- Growing QA Team- Established the localization pipelines and a complete redesign of the tooling and processes- Addition of 5 new languages beginning of 2015 leading to a major release of Dashlane aka Dashlane 4. - Addition of 4 new languages beginning of 2017, and the start of globalization and international growth activities. By 2020, 50%of Dashlane's monthly active users are coming from outside the US
