Introduced governance tools ensuring residents safety, care provision, fulfillment and happiness was monitored and delivered to the highest standards. Residents and their family were involved in decision making, staff were well trained, supervised and supported in a safe and conducive environment, the Homes were Well Led, and the Manager and the senior.

South Division

Supported the regional manager in stabilising and supporting the 8 Homes in our portfolio, in terms of quality, compliance and finances. I led on quality and compliance, concentrating mainly on clinical input and supporting Home Managers and their deputies.

UK

I was supporting Home Managers in England and Wales to establish a supportive environment for their residents and staff to deliver seamlessly a more encompassing care package for the individual, within clear financial and qualitative remits. I ensured the Homes were compliant with either CQC or CSSIW (Wales) and staff were well motivated and supported.

East Region

Within my region, I managed a total of 9 Homes, totalling 376 beds. The region was fully compliant and financially viable. Under my leadership the Home Managers and Peripatetic team were ensuring each Home was fully compliant and successful in providing and delivering a Caring Home to each individual resident.
