Having completed my A-levels with distinction, I made the decision to delve directly into a full-time professional career, forgoing the traditional university route. Commencing my journey as a Lettings Negotiator at Robert Holmes LTD, I acquired invaluable insights into property management and customer service during my one-month tenure.Subsequently, I transitioned to Latymers Estate Agents LTD in Hammersmith, where I assumed the role of a Lettings Negotiator for three months. Here, I diligently shadowed seasoned agents, enhancing my sales proficiency and expanding my industry-specific lexicon. This role, while unpaid, was instrumental in my professional development.Since January 2023, I have been engaged in a challenging full-time position as a Lettings Negotiator at Curtis & Parker LTD. This role has provided me with an opportunity to significantly refine my sales acumen and gain comprehensive knowledge of the intricacies of the real estate sector. Operating tirelessly from 9 am to 7 pm, including weekends and holidays, I have actively participated in diverse activities such as property viewings, client communications, landlord engagement, and deal closures.Outside of my professional commitments, I am an enthusiastic amateur boxer, regularly participating in competitive events. This pursuit has instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, perseverance, and a tenacious work ethic, which I strive to apply to my real estate endeavors.
