I have taken part in more than 3000 projects in manufacturing industry, including CNC machining, injection molding, die casting, stamping and so on, they were prototyping and mass production projects. During these years, I got improvement for many kinds of skills.1.Technical skills：I can understand all the details of drawing very well. Once I got the drawings, I will give the customers some feedback about the material and tolerance.For technical points, I can communicate with customers clearly. 2.Production process arrangement: In order to reach the tolerance, requirement and lead time, I can make a good arrangement for all the production processes.3.Production lead time control: Programming, raw material purchasing, production processes, after treatment, quality inspection, packing and shipment will be related to lead time. I must check the schedule carefully and make sure all the schedule is followed well, then the final timing can be reach perfectly.4.Production quality control: From raw material inspection, each process of production and final quality inspection, every details we much pay high attention to make sure the quality is good before delivery. 5.Emergency treatment: All the parts are made at the first time, sometimes it will have Emergency situation. When I got the full information, I will have effective treatment to deal with this kind of situation to make sure our customers can get the good parts at original timing.
