Current• Balance safety, cost management and business growth then prepare and submit reports.• Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps.• Maintains the required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.• Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies.• Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.• Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.• Handle C&F (Chittagong, Dhaka Airport, Beanpole and ICD Kamalapur) carefully.• Import & Export Related Documents Checking & Processing• Checking & Verifying LC Charges & Fees• Custom Duty & Assessment Notice Reviewing• Import LC Data & Product Details input in ERP Software • Communicating with Bank LC Related to all transactions.• Consult with Principal and foreign LC Bankers for solving various issues
