- Group cost controller in HQ, acting on margin improvements (Business Lines, Products lines, Mines and production centers) of our subsidiares. Dealing with SAP and Business Intelligence.- Monthly P&L and Balance review, by countries and activities.- Group Cost Control Leader, production/mining/maintenance costs analyses, going to EBITDA. Production costs variance analyses, tarif review, standard/variable costs follow-ups.- CAPEX analyses - Business Partner for operationnel managers in their day-to-day issues.- Financial KPIs analysis and ad-hoc presentations/reports.- Budgeting – Forecast (SAP BPC) and Business controlling.

- To analyse the treasury budget of subsidiaries companies, reviewing the desviations that appear.- To supervise, control and take action about the cash flow to short, middle and long- term.- Participation in relation and negociations with finance companies.- Elaborate the treasury forecash (evolution of finance net debt).- Control the position bank and cash flow taking a decisitions for optimize the treasury.- Control the foreing exchange. - Review the process of paymens and collection of the company.- Implementation and optimization the process in the treasury area, maximizing the use of information tools.- Participation and assessment the proyects of the company.
