- Manage projects of all sizes such as process improvements, automations, new system implementations, outsourcing of work and organizational restructures.- Design new processes using Six Sigma and Design Thinking methodologies as well as User Experience (UX) tools.- Focus on standardizing process design services in the HR SSC by building tools and templates that will assist in future deliverables.

- Manage Core Project Team cadence, methods and tools, supporting the lead project manager. Ensure project team has a clear understanding of tasks, priorities, and expectations.- Communicates progress and issues through Project Governance Structure, ensuring status updates are completed as agreed and project cadence is maintained- Monitor and assist project manager by managing team progress against milestones and budget, and ensuring deliverables meet quality assurance standards- Assist lead project manager with project budget. This includes establishing T&E guidance, liaising with Finance & reporting to Leadership- Lead Translations initiatives for Spanish-speaking countries

- Oversee senior associates and team of specialists ensuring all daily tasks are completed, manage escalations and provide coaching and support to senior associates.- Point of Contact for all Recruitment and Onboarding services provided to PwC Canada.- Manage stakeholder meetings and communications, maintain strong relationships and report accomplishments as well as challenges as appropriate.- Lead manager over activities for Talent Acquisition of the Future (TAF) initiatives to transition administrative and manual processes from recruitment teams in the markets to the shared services center successfully.
