I have had a valuable journey in the healthcare industry, having worked in several areas such as retail and mail-order pharmacy, long-term care, compounding pharmacy, and audit investigations. Currently, I work as a Senior Provider Service Representative at UnitedHealth Group (UHG) where I assist healthcare providers in improving their revenue cycles. I take pride in my role in providing service between healthcare providers and UHG's network management, helping resolve any issues, and providing practical solutions.As an individual who is self-managed and committed to continuous learning, I constantly strive to improve myself to ensure my success. I am passionate about community outreach initiatives, which is fueled by my experience volunteering with UnitedHealthcare Provider Operations Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion's Community Outreach workstream. It was a privilege to be part of a team of employee volunteers who collaborated with external partners focused on serving the community and raising awareness of disparities. I am determined to positively impact lives and promote healthier living.
