It felt impossible to imagine a light ahead.I slowly climbed out of that dark valley. And now I am able to thrive and give back.Through sharing my mental health journey openly, I've become a voice of understanding for those struggling silently.My mission is to help erase the stigma around depression and suicide, especially amongst our youth.
