Reporting to the CEO, my role as HR Coordinator requires my support both the Sydney Head Office & The Little Albion Hotel in Human Resources related areas and I am a key contact for department managers at these locations. This position is responsible for providing professional and administrative support in line with Human Resources policies and procedures. In the role of Executive Assistant I am responsible for supporting office operations as well as provide executive support to the CFO, CEO, & Group Director, Hotels. I perform a range of admin functions requiring confidentiality, initiative, organisational skills, and sound decision making. This role is accountable for a wide array of admin functions, from coordinating calendars, attending and documenting meetings, and managing travel arrangements and expenses.

I assisted the Principal, Michael Giles of Collins and Giles Real Estate of a Saturday only. My duties consisted of attending open homes & auctions, overseeing the company social media platforms and other ad hoc duties.
