At Catálise Consulting, I contributed to a research project for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Ministry of Justice (National Secretariat for Penal Policies). The project aimed to map and analyze restorative justice practices, develop a pilot program, and propose strategies for disseminating and implementing this approach within the Brazilian criminal justice system.I assisted with desk research, benchmarking survey, and script for in-depth contextual field research. Additionally, I designed the service blueprint, accounting for the multiple stakeholders involved. I led the pilot implementation, facilitating co-creation workshops, future vision exercises, stakeholder mapping, risk mapping, task prioritization, and instrument development. I identified the project’s success indicators and created materials for evaluation and data collection. Throughout the project, I guided multidisciplinary teams from various organizations, ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve the project's goals.

At ViiSolutions, I was part of a startup focusing on technological solutions for inclusion and accessibility for users with disabilities. We believed in the transformative power of technology to make cities more human, smart, and accessible.As the principal company researcher, we participated in FAPESP’s Innovative Research in Small Businesses program (PIPE), where I underwent the 5th PIPE–High–Tech Entrepreneurial Training. This program centered on the Customer Discovery methodology, involving iterative processes of engaging with potential customers, partners, and competitors to understand their needs, problems, and challenges.Following interviews and the structuring of the business model canvas, we embarked on the process of testing the feasibility and developing an indoor geolocation application for visually impaired individuals. Activities undertaken included:- Benchmarking- Surveys- Ethnographic research- Creation of personas and user journeys- Prototyping the mobile application and conducting usability tests with blind users- Developing an application integrated with beacon sensors- Concept testing in real-world environments.

At The Intercept, I was involved in designing numerous news articles. This included creating visual identities for report series, infographics, animations, and adaptations for social media platforms.
