- Leading HR international operational practices and processes (contract, induction, leavers, payroll, benefits, conflicts, collective agreement, etc.).- Ensure compliance with employment laws & security and health plans, company procedures and legislative requirements.- HR global projects deployment: compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, training, health and safety, new HR software- HR Analytics: analyzing human resources data to provide insights that help improve HR strategies, workforce planning, and overall organizational performance.- Liaise with local and government institutions for any HR, Social Security or other issues.- Workday (ERP) deployment, management and staff training.- Motivating, mentoring, and coaching a team of driven HR professionals with a focus on career development and growth.

- Provide HR administration service throughout the full life-cycle of the employees, as well as support managers and functional heads with labor relations processes (contract, induction, leavers, payroll, benefits, conflicts,collective agreement, etc.).- Ensure compliance with employment laws & security and health plans, company procedures and legislative requirements.- HR globalprojects deployment (C&B, payroll, talent, training, etc.).- Generate and distribute accurate reports needed for audits and general business needs on monthly and regular basis as requested.- Liaise with local and government institutions for any HR, Social Security or other issues.- Manage communications with ourICP in terms of sickness leaves, working accidents, dismissals, voluntary leavings,maternity, paternity, etc.- Workday (ERP) deployment, management and staff training.
