Prior to my role as a buy side analyst, I was a sell side analyst on the small and mid-cap bank's team at Merrill Lynch. Collectively, I have 17 years experience in research and investment management. At Cohen & Steers, I am the ESG captain for the preferred securities' strategy. Previously, as Head of ESG investments, I developed the firm's ESG integration process and engagement policy, and I continue to advance these efforts as the ESG landscape evolves within asset management.
