Served as the Course Director/Primary Instructor for the Army's only Warrant Officer Training, Advising, and Counseling (TAC) Officer Certification Course (TCC). Conducted all aspects of TCC through the Distributed Learning and Resident phases for all three Army components (Active, Guard, and Reserve). Edited, reviewed, and wrote educational products for the TCC Program of Instruction, ensuring congruence with Warrant Officer Candidate School (WOCS) training policies. Coordinated WOCS training program and TAC Officer Standardization matters with the Warrant Officer Career College's leadership, 1st Warrant Officer Company's command element, and the 25 state ARNG Regional Training Institutes (RTIs) that conduct the WOCS-Reserve Component (WOCS-RC) Course. Served as the WOCS Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert for WOCC staff assistance to and accreditation evaluations of the WOCS-RC Course in 23 states and 2 US Commonwealths

Provided professional instruction, development and counseling to Warrant Officer Basic Course (WOBC) and Warrant Officer Advanced Course (WOAC) students. As a primary instructor for Avionics and Federal Communications Commission certification program, developed, wrote, reviewed, validated and critiqued student information sheets, practical exercises and examinations. Developed, setup, created lesson plans and successfully conducted Fiber Optic Installer and Technician credentialing classes. Coordinated site visits to off-post and on-post maintenance facilities to provide additional training on Communications & Electronics systems. Wrote lesson plans, training schedules and implemented training based on Army Learning Model 2015 to support Full Spectrum Operations. Wrote formal academic evaluation reports and ensured all requirements for graduating classes were successfully met.

Contributed experience and comprehensive knowledge of tactical logistics and maintenance to offer recommendations for operationally relevant improvements to contractor. Gained firsthand knowledge of business operations and processes during ongoing deployment and sustainment support of government support programs.

Primarily responsible for engaging the female population and Afghan families in an objective area when such contact may be deemed culturally inappropriate if performed by male service members. Directly supported a Special Operation Force (SOF), Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA)with activities ranging from medical, educational outreach programs, search and seizures, humanitarian assistance, information operations and civil-military operations within one of the most challenging and austere combat zones in Afghanistan.-Participated in over 60 combat patrols and 100 key leader engagements, greatly increasing the ODA’s success along all major lines of operations.-Facilitated the initiation of the Afghan Local Police Literacy Program, Radio Literacy Program, all of which became the only means for education in the region for all children.-Facilitated training and mentorship of Afghan National Army Special Forces, Afghan National Army and promoted Afghan Local Police enrollment as a community based security solution.

Provided oversight, planning and organization for the direct support maintenance to include Radio Repair, Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices, Special Electronic Repair and Night Vision.Accountable for over $3.5 million of equipment and the Division Warranty Spare parts program.Certified in the Electronic Warfare Officer course to provide maintenance and upgrade oversight for CREW and FBCB2 systems while program set standard timelines used by Field Support Representatives and other units in MND-N.Certified as Customs Border Clearance Agent and simultaneously performed as Division Headquarters Movement Officer.
