Responsible for strategic planning, project implementation and management for an eight system hospital, which included Operations, Procurement & Strategic Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Recovery Services, Analytics, Capital, Project Management Office, Value Analysis, and Environmental Sustainability.

Managed Human Resources, Information Technology, Financial Services, Materials Management, Contracting, and Purchasing, Operations, Temporary Compliance and Emergency Management. • Planned and implemented several citywide HR programs which helped to streamline and remove redundancies in HR, EEO, purchasing, performance and emergency management. • Engineered and streamlined new HR technology projects to gain efficiencies; projects include secure e-mail pilot, ADA tracking system, Class Comp repository system, EEO system, Fire and Police Registration System and HRIS. • Established citywide emergency guidelines for pandemic influenza, employee redeployment and emergent volunteer programs that ensured city staff were prepared for emergencies.• Managed materials management, contracting, and purchasing function.• Oversaw and improved effectiveness of citywide temporary compliance, EEO/AA and OFCCP compliance which allowed City to receive yearly federal and state grants.
