ObjectiveTo guide and manage Human Resources policies and programmes.Responsibilities- Recruitment and selection;- Recruitment of international people (Legal processes);- Contractual management;- Internal medicine control;- IEFP internship management;-Elaboration of annual surveys and measures towards the promulgation of new ideas and new social behaviours;- Management and control of absenteeism;- Analysis and description of functions/Performance Evaluation;- Career management;- Salary processing;- International secondments;- Work accidents (participations and re-evaluations);- Accreditation of personnel;- Elaboration, updating and orientation of HR files;-Organising, consolidating, standardising and updating workers' individual files;-Securing the good management of the archive and documentation, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the registered data and the control of its consultation and use;-Internal training and in-house training;- Involvement with communities in terms of employment in regional development;-Amongst other activities carried out in the area.Knowledge of labour law (Formation in the area).
