With over 300+ hours of coaching, I work as an encouraging thought partner with leaders who seek to experience more ease, vitality, and resilience in their personal and professional lives. • Support women and movement leaders to engage with their work and relationships with a renewed sense of purpose and joy, so that they are more dynamic and impactful in their professional and personal lives—75% of clients have received promotions or salary increases as a result of our work together.• Support clients to target and take impactful steps to bring their vision to life—80% of clients have taken action on their vision by the end of their contract.• Developed and led Resilient Allyship, a 12-week training and coaching program for women to develop and strengthen allyship and resilience skills so that they can further their vision for justice and stay in this work for the long haul.• Led Energy of Money, a book-study and coaching program to support people to develop the mindset and skills necessary to shift their relationship with money and finances.• Launched and led Tidal Shift 2020, a coaching program to provide support to progressive political candidates and campaign staff during the 2020 election cycle.

My key priorities were to build supportive relationships with clients and develop impactful programs and trainings that help organizations and teams level up their skills as associated with Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (J.E.D.I.).• Assessed client needs and designed bespoke learning journeys that support organizational leadership and teams with the necessary InnerWork and OuterWork in order to integrate the principles of Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (J.E.DI.) into their programming.• Developed, coordinated, and facilitated workshops on inclusive communication, unconscious bias, power literacy, and J.E.DI. principles and practices in order to foster a workplace culture of belonging.• Crafted toolkits to help clients practice and integrate the framework and tools they learned in J.E.D.I. trainings and coaching sessions. • Supported clients to develop their unique J.E.D.I. vision, connect with their core values, and to identify key areas for growth and goal-setting to bring this vision to life.• Developed and analyzed surveys to help refine training and group coaching programs. • Fostered trusting relationships with clients, resulting in repeat engagements as they encounter the normal challenges that are part of being on a J.E.D.I. journey.• Trained and mentored J.E.D.I. MCs, Holistic Underground’s cohort of consultants/trainers/coaches to craft curriculum, lead interactive trainings, and provide solutions that support clients to foster greater equity and inclusion in their work culture.

Supported Girls Inc. to launch a visionary program to connect girls of color from disenfranchised communities with skills-development and mentorship opportunities in STEM fields.• Drafted and submitted proposals and letters of inquiry for both the Eureka!® program and expansion plans, resulting in a $75,000 renewable grant from the Oregon Youth Development Council;• Developed risk profiles regarding the state of girls in Oregon and implementation assessments on proposed expansion efforts;• Developed promotional collateral for the Eureka!® program;• Assisted with organizing the silent auction component of the Girls Inc. annual fundraiser.

Steadily increased the capacity of a remote, start-up, beachfront hotel and restaurant to provide an exceptional experience to local and international travelers.• Trained a staff of 15 on high-quality service and cleanliness standards that exceeded guest expectations; • Spearheaded a 30 percent growth in revenue and consistently received rave reviews from satisfied guests;• Oversaw construction and remodeling, tracked finances and inventory.

Supported youth and executives in Colombia to expand their access educational and job opportunities by increasing their language capacity.• Researched, adapted, and taught ESL lessons for youth and executives in individual and group settings—with language levels ranging from low beginner to advanced;• Assessed students’ learning strengths and growth opportunities throughout the course of the learning cycle; • Leveraged their curiosity and developed lesson plans utilizing games and a team-learning approach in order to diminish the normal fear and frustration that comes with language learning.

Designed a training-to-work pipeline into order to support and encourage historically disenfranchised community members to access living wage jobs in the energy efficiency sector.• Coordinated with local government, policy institutions, community-based organizations, labor unions, and 
home performance contractors in order to build partnerships that push for inclusion of the underserved in 
the green economy;• Advised local stakeholders on DC’s Sustainable Energy Utility (SEU) Advisory Board to develop key benchmarks around energy efficiency and green job development—with a special focus on targeting underserved populations;• Tracked local and national policy and funding streams that aligned with vision of green jobs creation in the DC region.

Informed the Moriah Fund’s grantmaking strategies in order to support visionary projects and programs in reproductive justice, economic justice, workforce development, and positive youth development. Managed a portfolio of $4.2 million, focused on ensuring that youth and families in the DC area are better positioned to thrive.• Researched best practices and monitored local and national legislation impacting our grantmaking areas of focus;• Met regularly with grantees and other philanthropic institutions to determine where policy and direct-service opportunities could have the most traction;• Developed a funding strategy to foster partnerships between construction training programs, direct service providers, local unions, and construction businesses in order to establish a full-service, training-to-work pipeline to move individuals from historically disenfranchised communities through comprehensive training programs and into construction jobs that pay a living wage;• Researched and developed key criteria and benchmarks for the above-mentioned construction industry training partnerships and disbursed $300,000 to establish the first partnerships;• Served on the Steering Committee of the Washington AIDS Partnership, in order to review and assess medical morale, prevention, public policy, and technical assistance grantmaking opportunities.
