Responsible for OEM Product Quality & Product Integrity, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Management, Facilities and Tooling Center of Excellence. Led an organization of 1,500 salary and hourly associates. Led the Process Certification Program for Operations and Supply Chain thereby reducing cost of poor quality by $6M and quality escapes by 20%. Delivered another $7M in cost reduction initiatives and spend management. Developed a new product transition procedure and associated standard work to address all parts globally.

Responsible for a $2B, high margin P&L, consistent of new spare parts and serviceable assets. Also responsible for the materials management function of commercial products and services. Extensive external customer interaction with airlines and MRO businesses globally. Integrated the new spare parts and serviceable assets functions to drive customer value and productivity. Achieved a 30% productivity improvement and improved employee survey score by 14 points.

Responsible for a $1.8B, high margin P&L, consistent of forecast and delivery of spares assets to Airlines and MRO businesses globally. Implemented a new forecasting process which improved fill rate to 96% and reduced inventory by 50%. Received perfect customer MFA scores from Northwest Air Lines, Delta Air Lines and Japan Air lines.

Responsible for Assembly & Test of commercial and military jet engines as well as industrial gas turbines. Scope of center included all OEM product delivery as well as validation of new product and mature product enhancements. Led over 1,700 associates and managed $250M in cost. Achievements include consolidation of three facilities into one. Designed and implemented product lines, increased output by 40% and improved inventory from 7 to 18 turns.
